Warranty

All KENKIO's equipment is shipped with guarantee: 3 years for CE Standard, 5 years for TUV standard. During this period, if the problem is from KENKIO quality, We will be responsible of it and send a new replacement for clients. but if the problems are from misuse, mis-operation, shipping shake, alteration or lightning strikes, it will be not under warranty.
